I am headed to England today for a series of Recovery 2.0 talks, presentations and yoga workshops. I will be in Kent, London and Liverpool over the next week.
From Withersdane Hall Recovery Campus in Kent to The Alternatives Talk Program in Piccadilly Circus, London, to Bikram Yoga and The Brink in Liverpool, this promises to be both powerful and a lot of fun.
Next, I’m heading up to Edinburgh, Scotland for a presentation at The Serenity Café and then a weekend yoga workshop with my wife, Kia Miller at The Yoga Room.
I’m so impressed with the programming and intention at each of these amazing venues and I encourage you to check them out.
I want to send a loving and grateful shout out to Elizabeth Hearn of The Mindfulness Institute and founder of Addiction Awareness, who single-handedly put together this entire UK tour. Her commitment to the spreading of Recovery 2.0 in her country is the reason why this is happening. Thank you Elizabeth.
After these UK stops, we are flying to Stockholm where I am releasing the book, Recovery 2.0, and then attending The Nordic Yoga Festival that Kia has been invited to called Yoga Games in Gothenburg.
A big thank you and much love to my dear friend and outstanding Kundalini Yoga teacher, Sophia Goth, who made it possible for me to bring Recovery 2.0 to Sweden.
I am so excited and humbled to be able to present Recovery 2.0 “across the pond.” Of course, this being my first trip, hopefully of many, to Europe, I want to ask if you could let your networks know about these presentations, especially anyone who happens to be in these amazing places.
I am hoping to see you somewhere on the road this next few weeks.
With Love and Gratitude,
