Kundalini Yoga + The Experience of Sat Nam
July 29 | 1-3:30pm
The questions have always been – Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going?
Until we have an experience of our True Self the answers remain elusive. Why is it so hard to access the answers to those questions? Most of us have been conditioned in such a way that we cannot see clearly and remain confused. There is a way through. Kundalini Yoga provides a technology that helps us to clear away the veils of illusion and to touch upon the Divinity within each one of us. In this workshop experience Kundalini Kriya, Pranayama, Meditation and chanting to elevate yourself into the experience of Sat Nam, your True Self.
All Levels Welcome. Come as you are. Leave even more so.
Yogic Practices for Life Beyond Addiction
August 6, 2017 | 9am-5pm
St. Paul, MN
Some of us struggle with one of the Big 6 Addictions – Drugs, Alcohol, Food, People, Money and Technology, while others deal with The Four Aggravations – Negative Thinking, Self-Doubt, Procrastination and Resentment. Wherever we may be on our path, we need skillful means to overcome our challenges, to heal from our addictions and to create the life we know we are meant to live.
In this workshop, we will explore the ways to use yoga as a tool to move beyond destructive and/or non-productive habits and ultimately, to move toward the full realization of our potential.
This workshop is unique, powerful and joyful. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Meditation and Chanting, Tommy will offer methods for changing consciousness, attuning beyond the “frequency of addiction,” and clearing the pathway of all that blocks us from rejuvenation, bliss, and optimal health.
Come experience this full day tour through your mind, body and spirit. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and a journal.
There will be a 90 minute break for lunch around noon.
