Join us for a rejuvenating week of yoga and relaxation in one of Costa Rica’s finest retreat centers. The Blue Spirit Retreat overlooks the Pacific Ocean and a three mile long white sand beach, which is a turtle reserve. This extraordinary setting will provide us with a deeply nurturing and unforgettable experience.
Times are changing and we are being called upon to take time out of the daily grind and step into the sacred. It is in this vein that we offer this retreat as an opportunity to recoup, regroup and get centered.
It is often in these ‘moments out of time’ where we receive our biggest inspirations and get clear about our life direction and purpose. It is also where we recommit to a path we are already walking down. Whatever your situation is, consider this a call to your soul to take a journey towards greater health and radiance!
Each day offers two yoga classes, a sunrise Kundalini Kriya and meditation, and plenty of time to relax and explore the surroundings. For the full yogic experience there will be meditations, pranayama sessions and yogic philosophy discussions. For the explorers, there is surfing, swimming through the canopy, white water rafting and horseback riding.
